Lumières tamisées au bananier.
La chair de bananier, résidu considérable de cette extraction traditionnelle, révèle à la lumière un graphisme fascinant. Par une technique particulière d’affinage, ce tissu végétal est stabilisé en une gamme colorée allant du blanc au brun foncé. Ce nouveau matériau est ici sublimé dans des formes de bambou cintré, inspirées de la structure du bananier.

Dimmed lights in the banana tree.
The flesh of the banana tree, a considerable residue of this traditional extraction, reveals a fascinating graphism under the light. By a particular technique of refining, this vegetable fabric is stabilized in a colored range going from white to dark brown. This new material is here sublimated in curved bamboo forms, inspired by the structure of the banana tree.
